Your Role as a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative
As a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with order placement, inquiries, and troubleshooting. Your role will ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Answer inbound calls and emails, enter customer orders, and make outbound calls as needed
✔ Process optical product orders accurately and within deadlines
✔ Provide order status updates, shipping details, and associated fees
✔ Research and resolve customer inquiries using updated resources and technology
✔ Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
✔ Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and provide resolution support
✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
✔ Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism
✔ Meet key performance metrics and adhere to company policies
✔ Participate in training and team discussions to improve workflow
What You Need to Succeed
Required Qualifications:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ PC proficiency in a Windows-based environment
✅ Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word)
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve customer conflicts professionally
✅ Adaptability to change and business demands
Preferred Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree
🔹 Prior customer service or call center experience
🔹 Proficiency in MS Outlook
Work Schedule & Training
Start Date: April 14, 2025
Training Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (Monday – Friday)
Regular Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Monday – Friday)
Training Duration: 4-6 weeks (remote, on-camera training required)
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Pay: $17.00/hr, with opportunities for growth
