Remote Data Entry Job @ $15/hr

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00/hour with the potential to increase to $18.00/hour after two months.

  • Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday

  • Shifts Available: (Discuss your preference during the interview)

    • First Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm CST

    • Mid Shift: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm CST

    • Second Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm CST
      (Overtime may be required)

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

As a Data Entry Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in processing incoming healthcare claim forms for one of our major clients. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Capturing and validating complex data

  • Classifying images and documents

  • Pre-adjudicating documents and correcting data when needed

  • Verifying information using automated data extraction tools

  • Cross-referencing multiple source documents to ensure accuracy

  • Meeting performance targets like keystrokes per hour or words per minute

  • Following established guidelines and working closely with supervisors

This position is perfect for individuals who excel in detail-oriented tasks and thrive in fast-paced environments where accuracy and efficiency matter.

📋 Requirements to Join Us:

  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy (10-key proficiency is a must)

  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office and Internet research

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure without compromising on quality

  • Must pass an internet speed test (minimum download speed of 25 Mbps, upload speed of 5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms, and Ethernet connection required – no Wi-Fi)

  • Basic understanding of medical claims processing is a plus

  • High-speed internet connection meeting the above criteria

  • At least 18 years old

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED

  • Ability to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
